The Sacred Grove and ArogyaM commemorated Founder's Day with a series of Ayurveda camps, yoga sessions, and health awareness sessions for the local community at Chowdepalle and the surrounding towns. During every session they distributed sweets and buttermilk to all the participants and visitors.   Ayurveda outreach camps: Led by a team of 4 Ayurveda vaidyas (physicians) and 4 dedicated volunteers, with the support of residential staff, these outreach camps provided much-needed care to 220 patients at Punganur, Palamaner, and Swaasthya Hospitals. Medicines offered at no cost. Daily ayurveda camps: Held  from 2 - 10 November, benefitted over 60 patients.  Daily yoga sessions: Certified Bharat Yogavidya Kendra (BYK) instructors conducted yoga sessions for children from the local community. As part of the Seva Utsav celebrating Sri M's 75th birthday, the ArogyaM team from The Sacred Grove organized impactful workshops for women's wellness, equipping young women with essential health knowledge and tools for lifelong well-being. The first session took place on 6 November 2024 at Shri Gnanambica Degree College in Madanapalle, attended by 200 students, and the second on 8 November at Government Junior College in Chowdepalle, Andhra Pradesh. At the Madanapalle college, the team introduced holistic wellness approaches and led discussions on women's health, focusing on gynecological care, menstrual health, and self-care practices. Yoga asanas for menstrual wellness were also demonstrated, along with insights on Ayurveda , discipline, and daily wellness routines. The celebration of Founder's Day at The Sacred Grove included a community medical outreach camp in concert with the Swaasthya Hospitals team on 8 November 2024 at Peddakondamarri near Chowdepalle. Health screening of 161 patients from Kotturu, Vellagampalle, Palyampalle, and surrounding  villages preceded consultations with the general physicians and specialists in Orthopedics, Gynecology, and Dental Care. Some of the disorders addressed included respiratory tract infections skin problems such as chronic eczema, fungal infections hypertension diabetes mellitus myalgia, arthralgia, osteoarthritis gastritis, indigestion, worm infestations menstrual irregularities dental caries Supporting the community with quality medical care and medicines, the Swaasthya Hospitals team helped ease the challenges of patients in rural areas. In celebration of Sri M's 75th birthday, Swaasthya Hospitals at Madanapalle partnered with ArogyaM, The Sacred Grove in Chowdepalle, Vydehi Hospital in Bengaluru, and local government hospitals to conduct medical camps on 5 and 6 November 2024. Ayurveda Camp On 5 November, an Ayurveda Camp was organized to provide free consultations and medicines to 105 patients, addressing a range of health concerns, including anemia, skin disorders, hypertension, diabetes, and musculoskeletal pains. The Sacred Grove at Chowdepalle, Andhra Pradesh is an inspiring centre focused on exploring the all-pervading consciousness. It also encompasses within its ambit a wellness centre, yoga, study and understanding of India's ancient spiritual scriptures, as well as plantation of indigenous trees. The 75th birthday celebrations of Sri M on 6 November included a MyTree plantation drive. The MyTree initiative of The Satsang Foundation (TSF) is founded on the premise of creating and maintaining a green environment in the spirit of maitri - amity and harmonious coexistence - with Nature. Saplings of tree species such as Pongamia, Tubebia, and Gulmohar were planted along the village roads while Tamarind, Mango, and flowering bushes were planted inside the campus. Founder's Day, 6 November 2024, was celebrated with great joy at The Sacred Grove, Chowdepalle in Andhra Pradesh with annadaanam seva . About 200 people including The Sacred Grove workers and their families came together to partake of a sumptuous meal in a festive atmosphere at the campus. As the sun began reddening the Eastern skies on November 6 th , Madanapalle and The Sacred Grove Campus residents woke up with a nip in the air, a spring in their step and warmth in their hearts to celebrate Sri M's 73 rd birth anniversary.   The first sphere of activity was in the Satsang Swaasthya Kendra (SSK), where a parcel of non-prescription drugs for cold, cough, aches and pains, flu and fortification was sent for a day long health camp to be held in the Wellness Centre of Sacred Grove in neighbouring Chowdepalle village.   SSK itself, which caters to the health care needs of the lesser privileged from surrounding rural communities, was planning a shift of locale from its old premises to a temporary home adjoining the campus on this auspicious day till its permanent residence was completed in the fast upcoming Swaasthya Hospital.  A small ceremony and distribution of sweets marked the intimate occasion.
