Weekly yoga sessions continue at Mithanagar Municipal School, Goregaon
The volunteers, trained at the Bharat Yoga Vidya Kendra (BYVK) of The Satsang Foundation (TSF) have inculcated a regular regime of an opening and a closing prayer, Sukshma Vyayama, Asanas, and Pranayama in the children since the launch of the yoga classes in June 2023. Elements of yoga theory have also been woven into the practice since the past 30 weeks to help the children understand the deeper aspects of yoga.
During the weekly session held on 13th January 2024, the volunteers donated a bluetooth speaker set with wireless mic to the school to conduct various programs for the students.
