Seva Utsav 2022: Founder’s Day Celebrated with Breakfast and Snacks at Caring Hands and Mahila Seva Mandal, Pune

Team SSM Pune celebrated Founder's Day, 6th November, with a filling breakfast for the 100 children sheltered at Caring Hands. 

This home provides food, shelter, education, and health care to the children of migrant workers and economically-challenged families who don't have the wherewithal to take care of them. 

 

 

The team members lovingly served these bright children a breakfast meal of idlis, sambar, and sheera that was prepared at the in-house kitchen. 

 

At Mahila Seva Mandal, young girls and women who have been abandoned not only receive food and shelter but are also rehabilitated and empowered to lead a normal life with dignity. 

 

 

The team members offered a simple breakfast of idlis, chutney, and laddus to the 172 residents of this safe home.
